With over 37 years of experience in the medical field, CEO Sandra White-Browne has built a remarkable legacy of care, trust, and dedication. Known for her personal connection with patients—many of whom never forgot her—she created a powerful network that gave her the confidence to pursue a new venture. Sandra’s vision of bringing the same level of care and excellence into the business world led to the founding of Allen & Co Business Solutions, LLC, where she now leads with a heart for service and a passion for empowering others.

CFO Myron Allen brings over 10 years of experience in technology and finance. In 2016, he founded Veterans Capital, Inc. after recognizing a gap in lending as banks tightened their credit standards. Myron’s deep understanding of financial markets and drive to help businesses access capital have been crucial in building Allen & Co’s capabilities. Together, Myron and Sandra are shaping a company focused on creating lasting impact for their clients through innovation and trust.
